Roles and responsibilities

General Job Duties 

  • Analyze all reservation channels and recommend strategies to achieve the hotel's financial goals. 
  • Maximize sales from the company's own website and OTAs. 
  • Analyze competitive and market trends using revenue analysis tools. 
  • Develop lodging plans based on market needs. 
  • Manage reservations and train and develop reservations staff. 
  • Gather and analyze market information. 
  • Calculate forecasts of sales and occupancy rates 
  • Conduct other revenue management activities as needed. 

Required Qualifications and Experience 

  • Experience in an equivalent position in a large hotel.
  • Business level English proficiency (TOEIC 800~) 
  • At least 5 years of revenue experience
